A 30-second concept commercial for Arturos: an everyday closing shift that turns into a monster film — produced end to end with generative AI, with the same three faces in every shot.
Arturos sells fried chicken in a warm orange world: uniforms, caps, packaging, façade. The idea was to take that world and tell a story nobody expects from a restaurant ad — a short monster film with comedy, built on everyday people at the end of a shift. A conceptual piece by AI Creative Lead, directed by César Cabrera.
The challenge
02 / PROBLEM
A transformation is the hardest test of consistency.
Three employees, one location, thirty seconds. One of them turns into a half-chicken monster and back again. The audience has to recognise the same man in every phase, the same two colleagues around him and the same restaurant behind them — or the joke falls apart.
Same three faces from wide shot to extreme close-up.
One man through four phases: human, mutating, monster, human again.
The product as the hero of the ending, not a logo pasted at the end.
Creative direction
03 / DECISION
Comedy works on rhythm and recognition. So the film follows a classic structure — setup, temptation, chaos, resolution — and the brand only enters at the moment it solves the problem: Arturos chicken is the antidote.

Three faces. Every shot.
04 / CAST
The three employees were designed before a single shot was produced and locked as a cast: faces, builds, uniforms. Every shot was generated against that cast.

01Orange cap and orange t-shirt, always.
02The same three faces, in every shot.
03The mutating man keeps his cap through every phase.
04One restaurant: the same façade and the same kitchen.
05The rival is never named.
06Arturos appears only as the solution.
One man. Four phases. Still him.
05 / TRANSFORMATION
The transformation is the joke and the risk. The face had to stay recognisable through skin, feathers and beak, and come back intact.

06 / SHOT BY SHOT
Physical continuity carries the cut: where people stand, where the light falls, which hand holds the mop. Every shot inherits the one before it.

07 / PRODUCT
Most ads put the product in the last three seconds. Here the product resolves the story: Arturos chicken turns the monster back into a man. The brand is remembered because it is the ending.

Questions about AI commercials
12 / FAQ
01
Can an AI-generated commercial air on TV?
Yes. This film is mastered at broadcast quality in 16:9. In the EU, AI-generated video must be disclosed as such under the AI Act, which in a creative ad can be done with a discreet on-screen mention.
02
How do you keep characters consistent in an AI commercial?
By designing and locking the cast before production and generating every shot against that cast, then reviewing continuity shot by shot before the edit.
03
Can a brand’s real product appear in an AI commercial?
Yes. The product is reproduced from real references and integrated into the story, as Arturos chicken is here.
04
What genres can be produced with AI?
Comedy, horror, action, fantasy or realistic stories. Genres that require effects or transformations benefit most, because they are the most expensive to shoot.
